Anything other than the structure that would satisfy your needs, you will be required to provide.

Parking is mostly in the yard and grass and thus could be minimal when ground conditions aren’t suitable

Minimal bathrooms. If you need more, you will need to arrange a porta-let company.

Anything with a flame will have to be pre-approved.

Smoking within buildings is prohibited.

Alcohol is prohibited on the property except for the purpose of Christian communion.

Disposal of garbage is the responsibility of those holding the event.

We are not liable for any injuries that occur on the property.

Any Property Damages will need to be fixed/repaired at the expense of the event host.
